Your assigned food safety specialist is registered as an assessor with ETDP SETA (The Education, Training and

Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA) is one of 23 SETAs established as a result of the Skills Development Act of South Africa.

The implementation  training course (3 days) is designed to include the actual planning and realisation of a safe product (HACCP clause 7).The Objectives shall be achieved during the training phase i.e. PRP plan requirements implementation and approval, risk assessments, CCP determination, HACCP/OPRP plan implementation and verification and validation planning, traceability and recall/ withdrawal procedures implementation and exercises with the food safety team. Thus the implementation training is designed to the scope, processes and product/s of your organization and the food safety team is practically trained and evaluated. Records are kept.   

A comprehensive Pre- and Post plant installation internal audits are done before the initial 3rd party certification audit to assess readiness of the implemented food safety management system. The food safety team and top management accompany the internal audit to gain experience on the certification audit methodology. This is also a platform to verify the flow diagram and pest control site map for final approval and update (if necessary). 

Clearance of findings (stage 1 readiness audit) and non-conformances (stage 2 certification audit) consulting.
