Our goal is to inform, educate and communicate on food safety and related matters. Training modules currently include FSSC 22000 , Internal Auditing, Food defense and Fraud, food safety hazards, food handler and pre-requisite programs.  We offer coaching, mentoring, information, private sector and public courses.
